Core Business Consulting, S.L. (hereinafter, CBC), accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, makes known to the users of the website www.corebc.es, (hereinafter the Page), the Privacy Policy and Data Protection that will apply in the treatment of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing its website.

The User, by providing CBC with their personal data through the electronic forms on the Web or contact section and, where appropriate, by marking the corresponding acceptance box, expressly consents that CBC can process those data in the terms of this clause of the Privacy Policy and Data Protection and for the purposes expressed herein.

CBC informs the users of the Page that their personal data may only be obtained for their treatment when they are adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes for which they were obtained. They will be canceled when they are no longer necessary or relevant for said purpose, or when the owner of the data exercises their right to cancel the data.

CBC declares its commitment to comply with the applicable legislation in force at the moment regarding data protection issues.

For this, the necessary technical and organizational measures are taken to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of technology, nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.

Any changes made in the Privacy Policy and in the information management practices will be reflected in a timely manner, and CBC may add, modify or delete said privacy policy when deemed necessary.

In any case, CBC will in no case modify the policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting the personal data of our clients previously stored, without the prior consent of the affected clients.
